The destinations delivered in the world

We deliver your order all around the world, with the exception of the following countries: Azerbaijan, Libya, Nigeria, Bangladesh, Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Chad, Colombia, Comoros, Democratic Republic of Congo, Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Ethiopia, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Liberia, Malawi, Mali, Mauritania, Pakistan, Palestine, Rwanda, Somalia, Syria, Yemen, Afghanistan, Bouvet Island, Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands.

The expenses of delivery

The cost of delivery of your order varies according to the weight of your parcel and the zone of delivery in which you are delivered.

The weight of your parcel is determined by taking into account the weight of the product and its packaging. The weight of packaging is added to the weight of the very product during the phase of order and does not appear posted(shown) in the data sheet of the product.

The maximum load(responsibility) by parcel is 30 kg for the countries of the European Union and Switzerland and 20 kg for all other countries.

Your order will thus be sent by slice of 20 or 30kg.

Parcel are generally sent in 48 hours (working days) after reception of your payment.

The shipment charges include on one hand packing expenses, of preparation of your command(order) and handling, amounting to the 2-euro exclusive of tax sum and on the other hand the mail expenses.

We recommend you to group your purchases in a unique order. We cannot group two different orders and you will have to settle postal charges for each of them.

For people ordering from Canada, the United States of America or Mexico, and for faster deliveries at negotiated prices, we use UPELA's price comparison services from the leading international express transport companies: FEDEX and DHL. In this case, you will have, during the validation of your order, the possibility to choose one or the other of these carriers.

Delivery times and methods of delivery

For shipments within the European Union countries: delivery times are normally 3 to 5 working days.

For shipments outside the European Union: delivery times are normally 6 to 10 working days.

Your package is shipped at your own risk, special care is taken to ensure that your package contains fragile products.

For all countries, except Canada and the USA, the standard shipping method is Colissimo Expert International, tracked and delivered against signature. In the event of absence, a notice of pending action is left in your mailbox.

All our delivery times are given as an indication and have no contractual value.

For reasons of delivery time, a carrier with a failure may be replaced by a faster carrier.

The preparation of your packages

The contents of your package are systematically checked before shipping, to ensure full compliance with your order.

Particular attention and care is given to the preparation of your package, the packaging of your products, and the closing of your boxes, in order to minimize as much as possible the risks of damage and/or breakage.

Our boxes are of good quality. We reserve the right to choose between a double or triple flute cardboard box, depending on the weight of the package and the delivery destination.

In some cases your order may be sent in several packages in order to avoid as much as possible the customs taxes of the country of delivery.

In the event of peaks in activity or temporary difficulties in preparing your orders, an additional preparation time may be necessary.

The products sold on the site, in order to offer a wide variety of products and impeccable quality, are purchased from the various suppliers with each order and the supplier has only a limited stock. Consequently, in the event of unavailability of one of the products from suppliers, the customer will be contacted promptly by email.

A problem following your delivery

Particular attention is paid to the preparation of your package. However, in the event that an item is damaged, please contact us by email at the following address:

In the event of delivery of a package that is clearly and visibly damaged, incomplete or containing damaged objects, it is the customer's responsibility to refuse it in order to benefit from the guarantee offered by the carrier. The user must also inform the publisher without delay, so that a new package can be prepared and sent as soon as the damaged package is received. In such a case, the delivery times indicated above in these general terms and conditions shall no longer apply.

Similarly, the recipient must refuse any incomplete parcel or any parcel containing damaged objects. Indeed, in accordance with Article L 133-3 of the French Commercial Code, the receipt of the items transported extinguishes any action against the carrier for damage or partial loss if, within three days, not including public holidays, following that of receipt, the consignee has not notified the carrier, by registered letter, of his justified protest. If this formality is not carried out, the user cannot be compensated.

Customs prohibitions and restrictions

It is the customer's responsibility to check with the local authorities of the country where the goods are to be delivered if these products or goods are not subject to additional information, specific import restrictions or outright bans.

Our company is released from any responsibility in the event of non-delivery of goods that may be prohibited in the country where they are shipped.
