Salmon tagliatelle: in a frying pan, sauté garlic, tomatoes, chili pepper. Mix basil, honey, olive oil, parmessan, fresh cream, lemon juice and pine nuts (previously roasted). Put the basil mixture in a vegetable stock and cook the pasta. Add the diced smoked salmon when making the presentation.
