Here is the famous macaroni and cheese recipe, dear to our loulous:
Macaroni with cheeses: Mix 125 ml of milk and flour in a saucepan. Then add more milk, Dijon mustard , salt and chilli pepper. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until mixture is bubbly and thickened. Add Emmenthal cheese, cheddar, parmesan and cream cheese, stirring until melted. Add the al dente pasta and a green onion, mix to coat well.
Spread pasta mixture in an oiled glass dish. Sprinkle with the biscottes and the rest of the cheddar cheese. Bake in the oven at 180°.
