Penne rigate with garlic for 4 persons: 350 g of penne rigate, 3 ripe tomatoes, 3 cloves of garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper.
In a frying pan, gently fry the garlic cloves in olive oil and place them in the garlic press.
As soon as they start to blonde, add the crushed tomatoes - make them confit - add a little salt and pepper and a touch of sugar.
Cook the pasta and add to the sauce.
