Here is a recipe for sardine toast to make with your children: it's simple and fun.

You need :

1 can of sardines with lemon

150g of fresh cheese

Salt and pepper

Nice slices of country bread.

Mix in a bowl the fromage frais and sardines (adding some of the juice) until fairly smooth.

Add salt and pepper

Toast a few slices of bread and spread the mixture over them.

It's ready to eat!
