Mackerel rillettes with tomatoes and basil:
A can of mackerel with tomato and basil.
120 g ricotta cheese
Salt and pepper.
Simply mix the mackerels with the ricotta, add salt and pepper - it's ready!
To present them nicely, put the spread in glass jars and place them on a slate.
You can taste it with breadsticks.
