I make it often, and the whole family is delighted:

You'll need :

1 beef bouillon cube, crumbled.

1 tablespoon oil.

Beef steaks.

Mix crumbled beef bouillon cube and olive oil, mashing with a fork until smooth.

Mix a crumbled beef bouillon cube and the olive oil, pureeing with a fork until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.

Brush the meat and grill it on the barbecue.

Serve it with a crisp green salad, raw vegetables or potatoes cooked in field dressing.
