An original idea: asparagus for the aperitif. To do this, open the can and empty the asparagus, cook for 20 minutes in a pan of water, then, once drained, place in a bowl with olive oil, salt and pepper, then set aside in the fridge. For the aperitif, simply bring them to the table with your other preparations, then offer your guests small pieces of toast to enjoy with a chilled rosé wine. Do you think you can do it?
