Mackerel fillet with Sancerre Pointe de Penmarc'h 176g

Here's what you'll need for a family of four, and you'll see that everyone will enjoy it:

    2 boxes of mackerel fillets marinated in Sancerre...
    150 g broccoli
    3 whole eggs
    150 g flour
    30 cl whole milk
    100 g grated Parmesan cheese
    45 g semi-salted butter
    Salt and pepper
        Cook the broccoli.
        Drain the mackerels, keeping the marinade, then mash them with a fork and add the broccoli.
        In a salad bowl, beat the eggs then add the parmesan and milk. Continue to mix by gently adding the flour. Then add the broccoli and mackerel preparation.
        Season with salt and pepper.
        Pour the dough into the clafoutis tin and sprinkle with butter in small pieces. Preheat the oven to 180° (th 6). Once it is at temperature, put it in the oven and leave to cook for 25 to 30 minutes.
