La Plantation creates a green curry according to the traditional Khmer recipe, not very spicy it goes with all dishes.

Ideal with coconut milk, you can use it to spice or color your dishes at the end of cooking. It will accompany and spice up your soups, white meats, fish or your rice. Finally I also advise you to let your vegetables soak by mixing them with this green curry for 5/6 minutes.
