Product Details

A white pepper slightly flowery which gives off notes of eucalyptus, rosemary and citrus fruits which bring freshness to your dishes. It will flavor your white meats, fish, vegetables or sauces. Its difference and its unique aroma compared to other white peppercorns is that Kampot pepper is produced exclusively from red peppercorns.

It is picked and sorted by hand and having had the chance to visit the plantation I can tell you that these white peppercorns are worked with care and good humor.
